John was brilliant! So professional & understanding & made things so easy for me at the last minute especially as I was in a different country at the time. He kept me informed of how Bru was doing every step of the way which was wxtremely reassuring. Bru doesn’t even like men & my friend who loaded him & my aunty who got Bru, both said he was great with him (a real first for Bru!!). I’m so grateful to you John!! Bru is now settling in to his old home & doing really well. I would definitely recommend John & will definitely use him again next time!

Very highly recommended, 5 stars. I could not have asked for a better service, and at such competitive price (out of a dozen of different quotes…). I needed to transport my horse from Oxfordshire to Yorkshire. John’s communication was excellent: very prompt to answer emails/phonecalls during the planning of the trip, and everything was made very straightforward.
He also kept me updated during the transport, which was reassuring and particularly appreciated from a nervous first time horse owner!
Overall, I found John to be reliable, very professional, with a very friendly and approachable personality. I would definitely trust him and use him again, it was a pleasure dealing with him. Happy horse and happy horse owner.

I couldn’t be happier and soooooo pleased I found john to transport my horse. His professional, polite, friendly and prompt service was fantastic. My horse, Bailey, travelled up from Dorset to Leeds and arrived cool and calm like he’d travelled half an hour down the road!!
John kept me updated with progress throughout the journey and exceeded every expectation I had – plus he was prepared to start his journey down South to collect my horse at 3am!!!

John arrived on time loaded in a short space of time and all three of us were off to the Liverpool vet hospital. We arrived without any problems after a stress free journey even if the sat nav thought otherwise. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Thanks John from Rey.

Thanks so much to John for making a potentially stressful day run smoothly and simply. John ‘s communication before, during and after was both excellent and so reassuring- we had confidence in him from the very first contact and this was definately well placed. John put us and Django at ease from his arrival to his departure (considering our horse isn’t keen on males, this in itself was quite an accomplishment!!) He continued to provide a service above and beyond by reassuring us early on in the journey plus by helping us to carry all Django’s belongings to the far end of his new yard prior to his fond farewell!! What can I say? would we recommend John? YOU BET WE WOULD!!! not enough space here to sing his praises effectively so only leaves us to say a very big thankyou and hope to have the pleasure of meeting you again one day.

Absolutely first rate service. John was extremely quick to respond to our request.
We were kept fully updated on the progress of our horse Shahzan’s journey. He had a 3 hour journey but looked like he had been on the box for no more than a few minutes.
