I have used Eastern Horsebox Hire on several occasions and will continue to do so in the future, in fact we have one booked for December. Steve and Claire are both lovely, knowledgeable and dedicated, being horsey themselves they understand that shows/ events don’t always go to plan and go out of their way to accommodate specific or changing requests.
The boxes themselves are clean, economic to drive and remarkably spacious. I have yet to have a horse travel badly in one.
My only advice is book well in advance, it is a mark of their success that they are very busy!

I have used eastern horse box hire on a number of occasions to transport my precious horses and they have been spot on. They were in contact with me throughout the whole journeys which was great as weather was bad and they reassured me throughout journey. Always having two members of staff on board is also very reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I shall certainly be using again.

Faultless service from start to finish! Me and my daughter hired the larger box with the camp bed for the Trailblazers Championships this year. Not only was we reassured that our horse traveled safely with the onboard camera, our horse loved it too as everything was padded and traveling backwards really helped to calm her.
Steve and Clare were fantastic, explaining every inch of the box to us. Also my daughter received a complementary personalised travel rug which she absolutely loved!

Absolutely fantastic customer service.
The box drove like a dream all the way to Wales and back, without needing to re-fuel!! So, very economical .
The pony travelled very well and I could keep an eye on her with the CCTV, so no worries there either.
The cab was very comfortable and had room for luggage, a passenger and even my nephew in his car seat, which fitted a treat.
I have also used their trailer for more local trips.
All vehicles are spotless. I really can’t recommend this family business enough.

The lorry we hired was immaculately clean, and lovely to drive and a very high spec. Excellent service from this friendly family organisation. I used a self-drive earlier this year to pick up a yearling. Horseboxes are high spec, clean, tidy and easy to drive and fully adjustable compartments to suit any horse or pony size. Booking process is personal, no endless waiting for call backs and paperwork, everything is welcoming and just waiting to go. Highly Recommend!

I cant praise Eastern Horsebox Hire enough for their service – they are totally proffesional and throughly nice people who cant help u enough and always fit u in.we use their lorries when ever we need to move our horses and they have always been fantastic.the lorries are lovely and always immaculate and drive so well

Fantastic service from first enquiry through to returning the lorry. Good prices (I was pleasantly surprised) and a lovely box.
